The Rapper, Pimp Car

So I know I haven't posted for awhile, so I'm going back quite a bit and playing catch up! But anyways, when Sammy and I were with his relatives for Christmas we were all talking about how we need a new SUV. Sam took great care of the Navigator, but it had hit 200,000 miles and we were scared it might have a problem soon! But Sam loved his Navigator and wanted to keep it for awhile still.
Well, lo and behold, on New Year's (when Mandy and Adam Knies were here to visit), the air ride suspension went out! (This wasn't the only time we had experienced a problem.... a year ago when we were in Cincy going to Kings Island the transmission went out right in front of the park!!! The good side was that since we had to leave the Navigator up there to be fixed, we got to go to Kings Island two weeks in a row, but still it was expensive to fix!).
So, since Sam had a few days off over New Year's, we had to decide pretty quickly what type of vehicle we were going to get. We started looking at SUV's online, and he really wanted an oversized SUV again. Well, out of all the options we decided on an Infiniti QX56. The only thing is, for whatever reason, a lot of people don't trade them in, and we didn't want to buy a brand new one. Well, we got lucky and were able to find a used one in Lexington. I had to laugh though, b/c this vehicle had been "pimped" out, with an after market grill, additional DVD players on the inside, additional paneling on the inside, etc. So I call this our "rapper, pimp" car.. lol =) We aren't exactly sure if at one time our vehicle was used for illegal purposes.

Check out the name of this restaurant! Sammy and I sitting in Lexington, while him and the guy at the gas station (where we met to look at the Infiniti) called each other to go back and forth on the price.
