So, can I say that I have the BEST HUBBIE EVER! =) He made me SO HAPPY TODAY!!! I have been having doctor's appointments two, sometimes three times a week, ever since my 36 week appointment when I had high blood pressure. Sometimes when I go in for checkups, neither number is above 140/90, but sometimes the top number gets me and is right at that 140 mark. Although, my blood pressure bounces around, b/c last Monday it was like 120/75. BUT even the 120/75 is a lot higher than my blood pressure was when I started the pregnancy, so that's why they are watching things more closely! Well anyways, Sammy has been missing every single appointment, b/c he had used up a lot of vacation time, etc... when we were figuring out his MS diagnosis, and we want to save all of his vacation time he has left for times when he can spend it with me AND Brylee.
Well, I had my first appointment of this week today at 1:00...and who shows up to meet me? Sammy! He works like an hour away from my doctor's office, so he left work halfday without telling me! =) I was SO EXCITED, because he hadn't even met our new doctor yet (I changed doctor's at week 30 b/c the one I had before left this practice and is starting her own), and we were going to find out more about if I am going to be induced, etc..
So as for today's appointment, I was 70 to 75% effaced last Thursday, and I was still the same today. Right now, the plan is to induce me at week 39(next week on Wednesday/Thursday - which Thursday May 28 happens to be Sam's mom, Paulette's birthday!), if I haven't had Brylee by then! =) Which is really exciting, b/c at the very most we are 10 days away from meeting our little girl! It's really nice having a "meet Brylee date" so I kind of know what to expect and know that I won't be going weeks over my original due date! =)
